gap-polycyclic software package provides GAP Polycyclic - Computation with polycyclic groups, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gap-polycyclic
gap-polycyclic is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gap-polycyclic package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gap-polycyclic *
You will get with gap-polycyclic package name, version, architecture and description in a table
